Configuration of NetBeans and Tomcat

Hi. I have a problem with my IDE. In NetBeans version of Tomcat is
5.5.17. And I've installed Tomcat 5.5.20. I registered it in NetBeans
as new server. Then when I compiled my project there were errors like:
1). Couldn't deploy or smth like that;
2). Couldn't find web-folder;
3). After that my project was lost. In the directory where i saved
project wasn't my project-folder;
So how i can to configure NetBeans to my "own" Tomcat and to change
directories of compilation. I mean, NetBeans compile project in build
or nbproject directory, so what should I do to change compile
directory.
