need some help releated to JTAPI

Hi all!
I don't know if this is a good place to seek help with Java JTAPI
programming. But, I couldn't find a better matching newsgroup. This is
somewhat urgent and I'd appreciate any help you can give.
Actually i want to develop a standard application to interface with my
network PSDN
I have cisco callmanager, cisco's switch and a server
all i have to do is to implement an observer so when a call arrive my
appilcation have to collect informations from the client number of
phone and to diplay all informations in the screen like Popup menu but
right now i faced some difficulties like How to get the callerID and
how can i develop an application that can show a popup window
So i appreciate it if some one can help me
