error while running program in rad

Iam getting an Error as:
"java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/eclipse/core/runtime/Plugin
at java.lang.ClassLoader.defineClass0(Native Method)
while running an program in RAD ide
can anyone help me out pls.............
