Write Eclipse Plugin for exsting C# Application

Dear all,

We have written a C# application and I would provide an eclipse plugin
for this application, similar as XMLSpy or PowerDesigner does. These
applications are not written in Java but are runnig well inside
eclipse through a plugin. I cannot find any useful pointer to some
useful docs concerning this.
