Error updating eclipse

I've dowloaded Eclipse Platform, Version: 3.3.1.1, Build id:
M20071023-1652. When I'm trying to update, I get
Server returned HTTP response code: "403 Forbidden" for URL:
http://update.eclipse.org/updates/3.3/plugins/com.ibm.icu36.data.update_3.6.1.v20071204_2007j.jar.
Anyone knows what to do?
