My webpgage

I have programmed a webpage on my own. but it only works with Internet
Explorer and not with the Netscape Navigator.
The address is www.nord-com.net/hanefeld
There is no menu and no background color and no type in the Netscape
Navigator.
Who is able to help me!

The source code is still open.
How can I change this?

What do I have to do that nobody is able to copy pictures.
