AccessControlException - ActiveX Bridge

Have VB calling Java doing a remote mail connection
Getting VB exception return from Java stating:

java.security.AccessControlException: access denied
(java.net.SocketPermission mail.com resolve)

Any helpers on how to set security policy files with the ActiveX Bridge?
