Resource adapter (cicseci.rar) in Tomcat/JBoss?

Hello!
In WAS/WSAD it's easy to install a resource adapter like the
cicseci.rar (this is the resource adapter for IBM CICS Transaction
Gateway).
But how does it work for Tomcat or JBoss? I could not find any hints
in the documentation... - probably my fault, but I cannot help...;-)
Can anybody help?
