Well, you can download JWRAPI from

Download is password protected and I think sending you the package is
not correct in respect for the author. First, try to send a mail to
the author of JWRAPI: he will send you the password. If he doesn't
reply you (it seems he is very busy), then let me know, I'll send you
the package.
