I would like to know if it is possible to write an application for a J2ME
phone (MIDP 1.0) where it is 'always on' (for example running in the
background, like a windows service)?
For sake of argument if my application was a calendar with reminders it
would be nice to run the calendar in a regular application and then run a
small application to watch the reminders. (And no, I'm not building a
calendar :)
Thanks in advance,
Justin Foster
