as this cost to program?
Depending on what you want it to look like, the "popup balloon on
mouse-over" part may be a bit tricky. Also, it depends on how much
"customisability with pictures" you want to allow.
If we keep it simple, and you let me maintain ownership of the program
(so that, e.g., I could sell it to other people as well), how about $25 USD?
If it gets fancy, and/or you want to be sole owner of the program (so that I
have no rights to the program after I've written it), then it'll be somewhat
more expensive.

Re: 5D images ... They are as they came out of the camera, JPEGs, Picture Setting ... There really is only one way to overcome this, short of working with Photoshop and that is to design the lenses to work properly with a digital sensor, not film. ... The action pictures were as good or better than my scanned negatives from film, I got better pictures because I just fired away freely with the 1 gig card, and 8x10's from my el-cheapo epson R300 are as good as I've seen from any lab. ...
