Anchoring problem with Netbeans

The thing is, whenI'm designing a window I can do so by dragging the
components from the palette and then anchiring it to a form position.
However, some of those components as JButton on I have to anchor at to
positions, like the left side of the form and the botton. So, how do I get
them to be always on the middle of the form even if I resize it?
