Originally to do CliniSys (still has a pulse), now because I am fluent
in AllegroCL. But I signed on as an Apple developer and plan to make
that my main development platform shortly. NT was actually OK for me,
but XP is making me old.

I had the reverse experience on a project once. Someone commended me for
being able to fix anything, and I unearthed an unknown disrespecter when
I said I just keep trying things at random until it works and he blurted
out rather dyspeptically, "That's right!". Whoa! :)
