First of all, I would like say that the Eclipse project is not dead. I'm
planning to propose a release (something like 0.9) in a near future.
But as you all said, the lack of documentation is a real problem. In the
past, Erik Enge was working on the manuals, but he switched from a linux
box to a Mac OS X machine and started to be busy with work and almost
stopped working with me. I must confess that I didn't continue his
documentation efforts and this is a mistake. But since I am the only one
who work on Eclipse it is hard for me to maintain and animate the whole
project alone, and for that reason I concentrate myself on some coding
effort rather than on writing the docs. But if somebody wants to help,
I'll be really happy to give anyone cvs write access and have a little
more traffic on the Eclipse's mailing lists.

If anyone is interested, please let me know.

Best regards,
Iban.
