New LISPean's question

hello LISPean!
i'm a newbie on planet LISP!
and i'm searching for something practical LISP application.

my question is,
is there some LISP libraries(or anything like those kinda)
which can handle audio device,
as portaudio library in C.

any comment or advice will help this poor new LISPean!
