You don't want to use CGI at .. trust me : .. CGI is a hack at best.
http://lisp.tech.coop/Web%20Programming lists some resources for web programming in CL .. i strongly suggest using UCW or TBNL with either mod_lisp or aranieda ... you'll never even thing about CGI and hash-bang again :
