I believe the keywords you want are (or will be):
RARE INTERLISP MANUAL FOR SALE
and you'll probably want to try them on ebay from time to time. ;)
There are probably a few other documents that obliquely treat the issue,
but the manual itself is quite a read and probably hard to obtain. :(
