if you don't want to make money with it, you can develop for free for PSP:

I've ported Lua to it and enhanced it with some own functions:

(and now with the downgrade exploit, you can even downgrade your 2.0
European PSP to a 1.5 version, to execute own programs on it, if you don't
need the web browser).
The PSPSDK provides a full Unix environment, so it should be easy to
compile some Lisp implementation for it.
