Of course, as far as I'm concerned, ALL patent law is unjust and should be abolished. No one should have the absurd power over other people that patent monopolies grant, in any field. We should find some other reward if we still want to reward "inventors" over and above the free market.
Sorry, but the free market went with the more reliable and trusted company over the uncertain startup.
