libsigsegv appears to have worked on Darwin i686 as recently as 2.4, I
can't imagine that there are huge changes/bugs preventing libsegsegv
from working on OSX Intel.
I actually had problems installing libsigsev on a OS X PowerPC system, so I always install clisp without it. (Don't remember the details, though...)
