Why not just CLAPP? Or does that sound too much like a social disease?

The marketing team did brainstorm that and the social disease
association only recommended it. I am starting to think CL, albeit
accurate, is a cowardly mistake. Lisp, say it loud, say it proud. I
will never forget Franz marketing "AllegroCL...Dynamic Objects!!".

so maybe Tk Lisp? Tk-lisp? Gee, TkCL sure looks nicer.

Now, having actually spoken all of these out loud I'd vote for

TkLisp

Which -at least to me- sounds like Take Lisp. This is a strong message
- and we can say it loud and be proud. OTOH I don't want to rewrite
code and would want to keep ctk as a package nickname ;-)

'cause it can be proud of its roots, too !

Sure, the package nickname for MCL is still CCL, healthy precedent there.

Hmm, there may be a problem with all these variants: they all sound like it is a Lisp implementation.

Does TkLispRDie sound like a Lisp implementation? ;)
