against the good machines, try disabling any firewall software, and
possibly even antivirus.
Also, run a check for spyware on the affected machine. I've seen
spyware that contains transparent proxies that will send your data
through proxies on other continents before reaching its goal (if
something like this happens, it would of course also be visible if you
monitor traffic at your gateway, maybe even if you run netstat -a
in windows).
