CMUCL's mailing-list subscription system does not work.

I've tried subscribing to every mailing-list of CMUCL's by following instructions at http://www.cons.org/cmucl/support.html, but mails have bounced back.
I'm making this issue known here after trying to post to on CMUCL's Gmane group.
