ANNOUNCE: BountyOSS, an open-source crowdfunding site

Hi c.l.l,

I am pleased to announce the recent opening of my open-source crowdfunding site,
BountyOSS.

I think the site explains itself pretty well, so I'll just give you the link:
https://bountyoss.com/

It's built with Weblocks, the Common Lisp Web framework written by Slava
Akhmechet, running on SBCL. It also uses CLSQL talking to PostgreSQL,
Hunchentoot, and a bunch of other CL libraries.

As my way of giving back to the Common Lisp community, I am waiving BountyOSS's
5% commission on all bounties for work on Open Source Common Lisp
implementations, libraries, and developer tools.(*) Additionally, for work on
projects used by the BountyOSS site itself, I will _contribute_ an additional
3.5% to each bounty (this will cover the WePay credit card fees). These include
SBCL, Quicklisp, and the Quicklisp-loadable systems listed at the end of this
post. These two offers are good until midnight UTC of 1 January 2014.

And finally, for a few projects, I will match bounties (i.e., contribute an
amount equal to the bounty) up to the following (cumulative) limits: SBCL, $500;
Quicklisp, $200; Weblocks, $100; Hunchentoot, $100; CLSQL, $100. (I may add to
this list later.)

So -- have a look! And let me know what you think of the site.

-- Scott

(*) I reserve the right to decide exactly what qualifies, but my intent is to
include anything that is useful for CL development.
