imagecreate()

as it seems to me php 4.1.1 doesn't have support for image creation
I read in PHP manual that I should download GD library from
www.boutell.com/gd and so I did :-)
but that's when it all stops :-(
I'm a Windows person and used to things that have an install button

please guys help me

perhaps I don't need the GD thingies????
I just need to create a blue rectangle of a certain size with some text on
top of it....
