After upgrade, "Cannot find server" error...

I "upgraded" my PHP package from 4.0.x to 4.3.x. I used the Windows
installer to do so. I have IIS 5.x and Win2K Server. After the install, all
my php scripts broke -- they become inaccessible, as if the Web server were
not even running. I wrote a test script

    <?PHP

        echo "hello";

    ?>

and when I tried to access it over the Net, I got the "Cannot find server"
error. In the same folder, I could display another file, "readme.txt,"
without problems. As such, IIS appears to be running. Has anyone
encountered this situtation? What was the fix for it?
