Frontpage & PWS $ Php

hello guys, forgive me these 2 newbie questions:
1) is there a difference in addressing Php from a web located
in C:\myweb or below C:\webshare\wwwroot\myweb -
PWS is called by http:\\kauhl
2) could anyone provide me a checklist of all those exe/ini's
in C:\windows, C:\php and/somewhere else (e.g. C:\websrvr
reason: when I download Php from net for PWS they say all
installs itself, but something must fail as my php-scripts don't
execute out of Frontpage/browser, i.e. second half of text
appears - mybe it's a problem of the Frontpage-Editor
(I use Frontpage 98, should I change to Frontpage 2000)
