What is the World's #1 or #2 most elite, uncompromisingly fastest Inix
based hosting network, across the board & end of story, no quesiton,
the end...period. Please no people masquerading and plugging their
own networks, I just want to know the inner scoop if there really is
such a thing! Any suggestions or obvious ones out there?
