zips with lat/lons

Sorry this isn't PHP (it is the data USED by PHP!) :)
Anyway, I'm using zip data from the U.S. Census Bureau in-so-much as
it has latitudes and longitudes that I _must have (and its free! ;)).
The problem is that it isn't a current or complete as it could be...
anyone know of a better source (maybe USPO?, though My search didn't
find it) - again, I must have the lats and lons.
