Hello,
I am new to PHP but not programming. I have been reading a book on PHP
and there is one thing I do not understand: function parameters. What
exactly do the parameters do? In previous languages I have used (Vbasic),
99% of the time you leave the pramaeters field blank, but in PHP it seems
that you allways put in a pramaeter. What do pramaeters do, and how do
they work?
