Go to the forums. On a search engine, look for "seo forums" or
"search engine forums", and start reading. There are at least 3-4
good sites that you will discover.
If you are using an existing script, e.g. phpbb, then go the
specialized forum about that script. They usually have very good
discussions about seo.
