I seem to remember a small tutorial on how to achieve the following but
cannot find it anymore, I would appreciate any help.

I have a small server hosting several domains.

I would like to have the index.php script detect the domain is being
browsed to and immediately forward the browser to a folder dedicated to
that domain.

Something like

domain1.com /www/domain1/
domain2.com /www/domain2/
domain3.com /www/domain3/

And so on.

Any pointers or assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
