Fault requires me to log in twice.

I set up a phpbb at http://www.astutechoices.com/vuletich_php/
and it has the fault of requiring me to login twice before I get properly
logged on. I heard that it may be a cookie problem. My other bbs have the
same problem. Can anyone reccommend a solution that I, with relatively no
expertise in php, can do to get my bbs working?

Note: I'm using phpBB 2.0.13 provided by my web host. I have zero php
experience.
