PHP cli startup, Could not open input file

A php-file:
#!/usr/bin/php
<?php
coding
?>
Results in a "Could not open input file" error.
If I run it in my browser (using apache etc) is works (only display the
first file of cource)
I use php 4.3.4 (cli) Build: Mar 22 2004
The reason for it seems that /usr/bin/php exects a file (as -f is default)
after this command.?
Any input is welcome
