I can't get it working together ,i've read all e-books and instructions and
it's giving me a headache....
I am using Apache 2.0.48 and PHP 4.3.11
When I try
<? phpinfo(); ?>
it's all working but when i try simple php scripts with one input text box [...]

it isn't working...

What do you mean by that? The files you showed are pure HTML (beside
file extensions). There's no PHP in them so I do not know what is or isn't
working.
