Bitwise Problem

Hi,

I'm was using FEDORA CORE 2 and PHP 4.3.9 and then updated to FEDORA
CORE 3 and PHP 5.0.2 and the Bitwise Operation are returning bad results on
my script.

Is there Anything that changed and how can we fixed that.

Been unsleeping for days now ...
