Sorry - I guess I should have searched the forum more thoroughly before
posting.

Can I clarify one thing though :-

Does this mean that simply having a ini_set("session.gc_maxlifetime",
1440) setting is not enough on it's own?

Bascially, I need additional code to check that the session has
expired. Is this correct?
