php / mysql database

Dear all,
I'm trying to connect a database in dreamweaver 8 but keep on getting this
message '' The Recordset script does not define the applyServerBehavior
function '' . I took me about 3 weeks to get php / mysql running and now
this....
I tried everything but I do not know what to do.
Would somebody be able to help me out on this matter?
