eBay don't host homepages for other companies, so they don't have the risk of someone setting up a bad mail-form on their virtual host. It seems your current host does do this, if you want it to not add the stuff, then take contact with your host and ask them to disable this for your account (they may want to review your mail-form/mail-script). Other than that, you have no option than make your own (or use one of many already made) simple mail server that can send mail.
