Cpanel provides PHPMyAdmin with (I believe) every account, on the MySQL
page just click the PHPMyAdmin link at the bottom. MyAdmin may not be
the most intuitive piece of software ever written, but it's /very/
powerful. I haven't used any other frontend interface in years, but my
MyAdmin definitely beats them, hands down.

even MySQL.com does offer a frontend called 'MySQL Tools', which can be
downloaded from their homepage if your selected GNU/Linux distribution don't
supply an official package with it.
