Open Source replacement for cpanel's MySQL Databases other than myphpadmin?

I'm use to using cpanel's MySql Databases which I have been happy with.
I have looked into myphpadmin to install on Linux and its more complex
than I need. I prefer something like MySQL Databases which I find
simple to use. Any Open Source suggestions? Thanks!
