Why not just install PHP on your computer?

Because I currently dont have a computer as it is back home in the UK
and Im in Australia for a year. I have access to a computer with
internet but dont want to start installing stuff on it as its not
mine. Sorry, should have explained this.

Anyway, I can do a little PHP using my current hosting plan but as
mentioned it doesnt have capabilites to run XSLT on the server.
