And what's wrong with that? People who think they can post anonymously think they can get away with anything. They should be taught they are not truly anonymous.

I've done it before, and that person is no longer bothering people on usenet. It took a little work - but not all that much. And I didn't have to break any laws in doing it, either.

I'm sure there are a lot of newsgroups users who would like to know who you really are.

Not really. It would just shed a damn bad light on you.
