Probably. At this point we are so befuddled we don't really know what we don't know.Lets first start out with the small bits. What exactly kind of improvements would you like to make? Once we know what direction you want to go, we can help you get there. Hopefully.

I know I run the risk of being pounded for asking the question I am fixing to ask, but at this point I don't really care how much grief I catch as long as I can find some help.
A friend of mine and myself have built and maintain a website using PHPBB3, PHPBB Portal and Gallery 2 (written in PHP). We didn't have many problems getting them up and running. But now that we have branched out and started to make improvements, we find that while PHPBB might be one of the easiest programs in the world to use for users, it's a nightmare for the people running the site.
Now this is because we don't have a strong background in coding in PHP. We're learning, but getting help with the code is futile at best.
So now to my question. Is there anyone in the Dallas Texas area that wouldn't mind talking to us from time to time when we encounter trouble to tell us what we're doing wrong or what we're just not getting?
Any help anyone would provide would be GREATLY appreciated.
Scotty
