GeoClass.php Instructions?

I downloaded the Geoclass.php (http://sourceforge.net/projects/geoclassphp)
which seems to suggest it will do what I require.

Does anyone have links to instructions on how it is used.

Specifically linking to databases, eg. nima-db, opengeodb etc
and how the mapping works!
