chinese pinyin

Hi,

I'm trying to echo some pinyin which is a pronunciation guide for
Chinese characters.

For example in HTML it's: nǐhǎo

ni hao (third tone ove the 'i', third tone over the 'a')

Which is means 'hello' in chinese pinyin (that is not Chinese
characters). But I'm just not sure how to do it as it displays as:

n? h?o

Any help appreciated.

Regards,

Paul
