I found the problem, without understanding why. In fact PHP with IIS loads
all extensions in my d:\httpd\php\extensions directory correctly, except
php_iconv.dll. Although iconv.dll is in my system path (d:\httpd\php\dlls),
I have to copy this file in \%winnt\system32 if I want php to load
php_iconv.dll. With other servers, iconv.dll can be in d:\httpd\php\dlls and
it works fine.
