This has nothing to do with PHP. Before you do ask elsewhere, don't
forget your homework again: check the archives and FAQs, lurk before
posting, and validate your markup (or at least provide in your post
an explanation of why it doesn't validate).
Anyhow, out of curiosity, why are image widths expressed as
percentages? See HTML4.01 sec. 13.7.1.
