Just tried. Goddaddy didn't recognized the umlaut. The other place said that
the name was invalid. With help from Google translate I managed to
registered the name at united-domains.de, I think, for 12 euros a year. Said
the address is actually xn--chng-1ra.de. Must be some kind of transform for
dealing with special characters.
