Yes that is correct, please note that in general, top posting (Placing your
reply above the original message) is frowned upon in Usenet. This is because
people generally read messages from the top to the bottom. I have mangled
your post a little to compensate. There is an add-on for Outlook Express
called OEQuoteFix that will automagicly put your curser on the bottom if you
use OE.
